THE LUKIN LONGEVITY SYSTEM
website
We were lucky enough to run a number of interviews with a writer and book author Natasha Lukin.
Natasha Lukin created the Lukin Longevity System.
It is about how you can re-program your mind, make desirable lifestyle choices, to re-program your goals to live longer, feeling younger and enjoying your golden years to the full.

About the book
As the worldwide life expectancy increases and living to one hundred is no longer a rarity, there’s no better time than now to make sure you live the rest of your life to the full.
Author, scientist and health advocate Natasha Lukin has developed a system of beliefs, goals, actions and remedies that will help you achieve longevity and a life filled with good health and mental wellness. Her unique system includes:
System of Beliefs
Lukin’s system shows you how to address personal issues based on your negative, limiting and self-harming beliefs around ageing. She will show you how to transform your thought processes to come to a realisation that this is the time to set goals and achieve them. This is particularly relevant if your preoccupation has been children, jobs and life. Banish those “senior moments” to the history books. Lukin’s personal investigations and scientific insight will show you how to keep your brain active and introduce you to effective ways to improve your memory’s capabilities, such as mnemonic training.
Lukin’s System of Goals
It’s time to turn dreams and desires into actual goals. Using the widely recognised S.M.A.R.T. formula, Lukin will walk you through how to choose, set up and implement factors into your life that will help you achieve your goals, whatever they are. Lukin also addresses when excuses, procrastination, disasters and calamities will hamper our goals but how these needn’t stop us from achieving them. She explores techniques to question your goals, addressing both your logic and subconscious.
Lukin’s System of Actions
Is the secret to looking young a matter of needles and expensive creams? No. Lukin’s extensive research delves into her preferred ways to achieve a younger-looking you.
Lukin on exercise and weight-loss
As a former fitness studio owner, Lukin is also well-placed to share her knowledge about exercise and health and nutrition. The system focuses on eating high-quality foods in sensible quantities rather than strict, elimination diets.
Experienced in counselling and helping dieters achieve a healthy weight, Lukin does not apply a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Rather, she delves into the emotional and physical issues that being overweight can bring.
The Lukin System on sleep
The Lukin Longevity System also explores the scientific research behind the importance of getting enough sleep and allowing the body time to have a rest after seven hours of waking. Lack of sleep can have a huge impact on the ageing process.
Lukin’s at-home remedies for longevity
Lukin has studied and investigated various at-home remedies to assist one’s longevity. Her remedies include helping the knee joints, cleansing the brain vessels, curing coughs with chocolate, killing extra kilos, the “plant of eternal youth”, her unique remedy for lasting, younger-looking skin and the Lukin System 40-day body rejuvenation.
Procrastinate today – pay tomorrow
Procrastination not only stops us from getting results and ticking off a list, but it can lead to feelings of guilt, despair and depression. To tackle these, Lukin’s system adopts a method first developed by former US President, Dwight Eisenhower, allowing you to prioritise your day and remove stress.
Finally, the secrets to longevity revealed
Thanks to the increasing number of centenarians, research about longevity is growing. Lukin explores their secrets to achieving longevity and advises how you can adapt these findings – such as vitamins, lifestyle and outlook on life – into your life now.

What are the true gifts of our life?

They certainly do not come in pretty boxes filled with things but rather appear as beautiful presents holding much more: Beliefs, Laughter, Gratitude and Knowledge – the Life itself. Such presents of life materialise themselves into art, theatre, music or books. One such valuable book serves as a navigator and a guide on how to sustain and evolve your life to the full.

It is called “The Lukin Longevity System” and is written by Natasha Lukin, human biologist, NLP life coach and wellness advocate.
It is not just a book but a fantastic resource of mind opener and support to anyone, regardless of age and background. It is based on developing positive thinking through the training of the brain and self-development.

The author is not an amateur to the subject but has been involved in health issues and wellbeing all her rich and long life. Growing up in a family of scientists and doctors, she naturally acquired a degree in science/biology from the Moscow Lomonosov State University, and then continued her studies in neuro-linguistic programming and positive psychology.

The book is very easy to read and absorb. The author stated that In order to live life to the full one has to start with the right mindset.  Therefore the first part of the book is about the System of Beliefs.

First you make your Beliefs and then your Beliefs make you. And if you believe you are happy and can lead an extraordinary and active life, you eventually achieve it. When you stretch your mind to a new dimension it never ever goes back because your potential expands as one moves towards it.

The second part of the book talks about setting up goals by using S.M.A.R.T formula and turning dreams into goals that create a purpose for one’s life.

The third part is a real fun one. What actions to take? How can we make ourselves healthier and think clearer? How to stop procrastinating?

Each system comes with accurate practical recommendations and advices that would be rewarding to adopt for everyday use.

The reader cannot help but be inspired, motivated and renewed. It will make you think of your actions and your thoughts in everything you do.
It’s a must have book if you choose to grab your life and turn it in your favour. It makes you realise that you can reach beyond your limits by training your mind and outlook on life.

Natasha Lukins, The Longevity system is a wonderful book. Very informative, helpful, a great guide to longevity with many tips and tricks to assist people into their later years. The idea is to support individuals with entering their golden years with aids for health, fitness, nutrition and happiness. This great novel has many practical, and tactical points for the reader , so that they can plan their own longevity through Natasha's inspirational system.

Well written and advice that is certainly very beneficial. In Natasha Lukin's book she shares her vast knowledge which comes from some 50 years of work and experience in the human biology field. She has also worked in the areas of positive psychology. and health education. . Recently Natasha has studied and certified in Tad James's Neuro linguistic  programming to become a life coach and practitioner in it . She also certified in Timeline therapy and hypnosis.

I found the novel very interesting and inspiring, with the information which is certainly easy to follow and implement. The system itself is very clever. It is a highly recommended read for those individuals wanting the self help, and assistance from this valuable system. There is a lot to be gained and learnt from reading this book.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Natasha Lukin, a scientist, strategic psychology practitioner, NLP life coach, health educator and a writer.
She was born and bred in the former USSR, more precisely she was born in Moscow and grew up in Georgia, a pretty town of Sukhumi by the Black Sea. It was a magical childhood filled with blossoming magnolia, camellia, oleanders, wattle trees, pyramidal cypresses, fresh fruit and veg. They were all natural, or as we say now: organic!
The Black Sea supplied the people with the yummiest fish such as mullet, little surmullet, horse mackerel and flounder. As soon as they were unloaded from the fishermen's boats they went straight to our kitchen. They used kerosene devices for cooking, hot water was boiled in them too, but people didn't know any better and they were happy with what they got.
They rode our bikes to go for a swim with no supervision; they collected mussels on the beach and ate them. They had an excellent school and wonderful teachers whose names she will remember forever.
The society was multicultural, and nobody cared whether you were ethnic Russian, Georgian, Ukrainian, Jewish, Greek (lots of Greeks lived there), Abkhazian, Chechen or something else.
Well, it's all long gone, and Natasha's heart is aching for half-ruined Sukhumi. Due to the blood and hatred between nationals, hundreds perished in the war, thousands fled their homes leaving all their belongings behind. It was so incredibly sad.
After graduating from school, Natasha made her way to Moscow and because of her excellent school records (she was awarded a Gold Medal, 20g of pure 14-carat gold!), Natasha was accepted to the most prestigious Moscow State Lomonosoff University. Natasha's field of studies included various aspects of biology such as human physiology, biochemistry, biophysics, genetics, epidemiology, psychology and many others.
Her first job was a junior scientist in a biochemistry laboratory at the major trauma and orthopaedic hospital. However, she soon discovered her natural calling that was creative and popular psychology writing.
Natasha did more studies and became a journalist and the author.
She worked as a reporter and scriptwriter for news and current affairs on Moscow television, including the popular in the late 80s - early 90s program Good evening, Moscow!
Natasha also was a freelance journalist for various Soviet newspapers and magazine and authored several non- fiction books, all in the Russian language.
In 1992 she was offered a part-time job as a Russian language tutor at the University of Melbourne, which led me to relocate to Australia.
That was a completely new life, a new beginning. Natasha was overwhelmed by living in the different environment. Sh constantly observed how this society operates. Natasha paid attention to her own feelings. Meeting other migrants she saw their ways to adjust to the new life in the new country. Out of all those feelings and observations, a desire to put it all in writing came over me like a giant ocean wave. Natasha had to put in on a paper. But she wanted to make it interesting, intriguing, captivating - Natasha wanted it to be a fiction story based on her new. many and varied experiences as a Russian and Australian.
She started her new life with teaching Russian at the University of Melbourne and got accredited by NAATI as interpreter/ translator. For the next ten years, Natasha worked as a Health Educator for the Cancer Council of Victoria.
Currently, she lives in Melbourne, being self-employed as an NLP life coach, lifestyle and positive psychology practitioner. she is very passionate about helping people to stay younger for longer by applying her Lukin Longevity System.
Natasha has a few more books in my pipeline and hope to publish them soon.
