I was born in Taiwan and graduated from FIT. I have worked in the fashion industry for 13 years, for ompanies like Izod outerwear, CK outerwear and a number of contemporary private brand women's wear companies; from assistant designer to designer before I launched my first collection.
The "Weiling Chang" brand is simple but complex with flattering drapery and construction, designs that flatter and accentuate the beauty of a female body, trendy, functional and comfy. It’s for everyday women.

JUSTIN HAYNES
The International Fashion Designer, Justin Haynes of Jus10H has blossomed into the new must-see fashion sensation. His signature designs have been noticed on runways across the US and beyond. Since the inception of JUS10H , Justin has worked diligently to perfect his craft, while remaining humble and dedicated to his hometown of Springfield, Massachusetts.
Justin is an energetic, creative, visionary designer who thrives on pushing the envelope. As it pertains to fashion, he believes that one should be true to themselves, walk boldly in what makes you feel good, inside and out and never worry about what others may think about you. His business savvy approach to the industry and keen eye for details has opened many doors and taken him to new heights. Nearly a decade ago, Justin started JUS10H after leaving his then stable job and declining promotion, instead Justin chose to live out his dream of becoming a fashion designer. This took a great deal of faith and commitment to his craft.
During this time, there had also been many obstacles that he had to overcome, however, it is those tough times that have made room for his gift to be seen on both large and small platforms across the world. Both his menswear, womenswear, and children’s wear consist of retro chic fashions that are tailor made for the customers. The fusion of bright colors, distinct patterns, and elegant patchwork has allowed his brand to be both recognized and requested by some of the fashion industry's most prominent icons.
Coming from a small city (Springfield), it seemed very uncommon for many to leave a job that offered stability to pursue a childhood dream. However, there were some great people in Justin’s corner that continue to push him toward his calling. During the last 12 years, he has experienced many first’s during his fashion journey, to which many family and close friends have been able to witness. He was the first and only designer to hold a casting call at the Enfield Square Mall, Enfield, CT. He was the first and only one to ever showcase at the Springfield City Hall. Justin was the first from the Springfield area to showcase in Paris Fashion Week (held at the Eiffel Tower), New York Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, Miami Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, Dubai Fashion Week, Aspara Fashion Week in Asia. In addition, JUS10H was the first designer from the Springfield Area to dress an actress (Briana Roy) from Disney’s Raven’s Home and other Disney Channel stars.
Going from the beginning where the question was “would people wear my garments” to today where the questions are “when is your flight to Paris.” Justin has always remained true to his mission, “Bringing Fashion to Your Everyday Life.’ With each garment, and each show, customers, fashion enthusiasts and onlookers alike, get to see a piece of his heart each and every time.
With so much that has been accomplished, in the last 12 years of JUS10H, there are still so many things that are coming up for the brand making waves in the fashion industry worldwide. Opportunities to dress clients for award shows such as the Oscars was a highlight with many more to come. There will be more JUS10H seen on television platforms near and far. Justin also received “Best Women’s Ready To Wear Designer 2019”, Fashion and Life Style Award from the Black Business Association 2019, and Natural Born Artist 2018/2019/2020. And the first from Springfield Mass To show at Sony Music Hall.

From the runways of Paris to Miami this fashion designer, Justin Haynes, did not let the pandemic limit his creativity. As the fashion industry is limited due to the current pandemic, Justin Haynes used his creativity to make pivotal changes without compromise. Justin decided to used digital platforms to showcase his collections.
Justin finished a stellar show at CoverGirl right before COVID began to dominate global headlines. NYFW featured his collection with a full digital billboard display in the heart of Times Square, making him the talk of the evening. Not to rest on his laurels, he immediately released not one, but TWO virtual collection shows. “GRAYSCALE” and “ORA” debuted to a full VIP Room plus a virtual audience of over 10,000. Both shows received glowing press reviews that continue to flow in.
This Justin had the honor of hosting a Motivational session with World Renowned Custom designer and native of His hometown, Ruth Carter. Another Billboard in the heart of Times Square Opening NYFW. His worldwide appearance on the FNL Network being the first African American from Massachusetts to be presented on the network. Most recent, Justin has become a training partner with the Fashion Industry in Ukraine. Lastly release his latest collection in an interactive film. The first in the fashion industry after 30 years.

GEORGE KHALIFE
Over the last 5 years, George Khalife has maintained a role as a favorite in the industry, designing and styling custom pieces for an A-list filled roster. Known mostly for his custom gold pieces, what he loves about creating jewelry is his ability to make his clients feel special and beautiful. He calls it ‘The Art of Layering’ in which he specifically choses lengths, stones and styles for the person to highlight and accent the decalage. George has established himself as a go-to for celebrities and stylists in Hollywood. He has created a successful line called House of Fine Gold with singer and actress Christina Milian. His clientele includes Kylie Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Hailey Bieber, Maeve Reilly, Khloe Kardashian, Kelly Clarkson, Sophia Richie, Zayn Malik, Jenna Dewan, Nicole Williams, Kendall Jenner, Ashley Graham, Ashanti and more. Khloe Kardashian has been sporting her diamond 14K gold 'True' necklace curtesy of George as well as his staple 14K Gold and Diamond Virgin Mary Pendant. Kylie Jenner has also worn her custom ‘Stormi’ nameplate by George. Most recently Gigi Hadid was seen sporting her custom diamond ‘Zayn’ necklace made by George while out and about in NYC.
