Looking for some fun in the school holidays? Tesselaar KaBloom has a spectacular colour display of nature and skill. Excelling in the Springtime with their Tulip extravaganza; now there’s the moderate temperatures of autumn to enjoy flowers and activities.
The planting’s won’t disappoint with careful consideration of maximum impact and the results are stunning; greeting you in the fields dramatic colours of yellow/blue contrast for example. Zinnia and Salvias and marigolds are tightly sown into make a eye catching carpet. Rows of brilliant coloured Snapdragons also delight with pastel hues. There’s delights for everyone in the fields with the floral surprises! Scattered in the other flower beds are floral gems like the reddest blood lily, bluest blue delphiniums and eye catching dahlias.
On the menu at Tesselaar there’s a variety; Indian food, potato twirls on a stick or sweets like a speciality chocolate vendor for example. The Dutch pancakes are also back again I believe ..a big favourite!
So if you’re looking to enjoy this great weather and see a brilliant example of nature’s finest as well have some festival fun; then this is the place. KaBloom would interest young and old and is perfect for a family day out. Everyday there’s various activities on the agenda; I visited an animal farm experience that was popular!
Check with Tesselaar’s website for specifics of what’s on.
