MAMMA MIA THE MUSICAL

review: Byanna Reynolds

Mamma Mia The Musical By Bryanna Reynolds If you are looking for an abbasolutely fun night of entertainment and feel good tunes then go no further than the Princess Theatre in Melbourne’s CBD. One of my favourite musicals of all time featuring all the best ABBA songs you know and love. For a limited season only Mamma Mia The Musical will be playing in Melbourne until September 30th, 2018. Take your friends and family along and sit back while you are transported to an island in Greece. We were lucky enough to capture a behind the scenes look at the musical as well as share some performance’s and opening night interviews on the blue carpet. You can check out the full video on our Youtube channel, Bohemian Rhapsody Magazine. Each and every performer in the show just reminds you why the music of ABBA is timeless and gets you into the groove. It’s easy to see the cast of the show enjoy every moment. I can’t wait to see it again! The show includes performances of acting, singing and dancing and it was so beautiful seeing a variety of ages working together on stage to provide entertainment for a varied audience. The cast had you laughing and humming the tunes to all the songs you know so well, especially ‘mamma mia’. The stage was brought to life by world class lighting and props. What added to the cast performance were the beautiful costumes they were all wearing. It was great to see some of the movie represented also! If you have ever wanted to see your ABBA dreams come true then Mamma Mia The Musical is for you and your family. Maybe it will even inspire you to get out your old records or journey to Greece and find the love of your life. Mamma Mia the Musical is on until September 30th so make sure you book your tickets and take your friends along for an abba-solutely fabulous journey with at the theatre.
