VIKRAM PHADNIS FASHION SHOW WITH HUMA QURESH AS SHOW STOPPER 2018

CREATIVE EVENTS brought the best ever Bollywood Fashion Show to Melbourne. It took place for the first time in Australia with Huma Qureshi as the showstopper and Vikram Phadnis as the talented designer! It was all possible with the efforts of Shinkoo Nbh , Ritu Kukreja and Balwinder Lalli who organised and managed the show. It was a big deal to bring this level of Fashion Show to Australia for apparent reasons. It is not an easy task and it takes a lot of labour, which was demonstrated by the team’s ability to effectively work together.
The venue was absolutely stunningly stylish and very promising, something that was so very inviting for the guests to enjoy the atmosphere of the fashion event. The wall and tree of white flowers were such a great idea to attract the audience’s attention! I also loved the greetings of the two “Butterfly Girls” with whom all the guests were happy to take pictures with and share them in their social media posts. At the beginning of the program the guests could enjoy the performance of the dancing girls lead by Babushka , so very famous for her dancing skills. The 3-course dinner followed. The costumes of the dancers were amazing and their professional skills were very impressive. We say that “the good beginning is half of the battle won” (meaning the success story).
To be honest, I didn’t expect such gorgeous stunning outfits created by Vikham Phadnis! My surprise was so genuine then. Vikram used expensive fabrics trimmed with a large variety of extraordinary shiny beads and sequins to create astonishing ornaments! You need a special talent to achieve this level of the craftsmanship - the main secret of his magic masterpieces is his professionalism! The surprise was that some dresses were inspired by Indian culture, but were done in a contemporary style at the same time, and moreover, could be worn for any special occasion. The colours of the fabrics were also eye-catching, beautiful and sophisticated! The choreography of the whole event was very intriguing and the audiences could not get enough of beauty and glamour delivered by the young and skillful models on stage!
The main charm and attraction for the guests was the famous actress Huma Qureshi who made the show even more breathtaking and unforgettable. Her beautiful appearance and warm emotions, as well as her stunning gown, were met with a lot of applause from the grateful audience. The culmination of the event was the walk by the two talented persons, Huma and Vikram, and the cheers for the event supporters and sponsors: Saahil Gupta, Vikas Kalra Ashwani Jain Deep, Rupinder Brar, Karan Joshi, Dharmendr Patel, Jimmy Marwaha and many more.
Amazing work by Vikram Phadnis’s team, Silkey Jain and special thanks to Rakesh Wadhwa for such a wonderful work.
A special mention to the gorgeous Pallavi Pratap, the official makeup partner. I’m sure the success of the show is obvious.
